Under the Covers (TREX, #6)Under the Covers by Allie K. Adams

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Allie’s TREX series is still going strong! It’s got humor, mystery, suspense, action, and the smokiest intimate scenes I've read! I was hooked and read the book in one day! Love me some TREXy!
There’s strong characters with soft sides and relatable flaws. The code of family is strong among those who choose to become a member of the TREX team.

“Special Agent” Wayde Davis has been undercover with his partner trying to nab the boss of an underground sex slavery ring. Young girls have gone missing and Wayde has dedicate his life to his mission of bringing down the ring for good.

Wayde has been offered a job with an elite group Call TREX, which will grant him access to a world of support and resource to complete the se ring mission sooner and without the red tape.
Mia Andrews, a beautiful paralegal, little sister has been missing for weeks, getting no help from the local police department, she has reached her ropes end. She spends her life savings hiring a sleazy private investigator, who leads her to Club Vixens. She’s do anything to find her only family and has decided to go undercover, by auctioning of her body to the highest bidder.

Wayde and Mia’s worlds collide and opportunity makes for a way to help bring down the bad guys. Inhibitions come down and a new complication name James Pearce enters the mix. The threesome’s chemistry is the right make up to form a bond that will unravel the complicated road to finding the puppet master behind it all. It’s a wild ride of political red tape and under hand sabotage by officials higher up the food chain.

In the end the good guys win, and TREX gets ready for the next mission. Bring on the next Book!!!!
