Montana Wildfire Review

I had the pleasure of reading a passion filled book titled Montana Wildfire by Rebecca Sinclair.

The book is about a spunky female character named Amanda Lenox. After learning her father passed away, Amanda is desperate to find the funds to make her way back to Washington State. She applies for a position to take charge of a wealthy man's son and escort him to Pony. Montana. Bluffing her way through the interview by embellishing her navigation skills, she is given the job. Roger, her charge is an obnoxious brat who gets them kicked off the stage and runs off their guide. Amanda, not having the experience she claimed soon finds herself lost in the rugged untamed west. While fetching water, Amanda's situation gets more dire when she gets her foot stuck. Roger is sent to find help in the barren landscape and returns with half-breed Crow Indian Jacob Blackhawk Chandler. Jacob who is dangerously handsome comes to Amanda's aid. While trying to warm her after spending a significant amount of time in the freezing water, Roger wanders off and is kidnapped.

Amanda, who is less than sorry the child has been taken, employs the help of Jacob offering 3/4 of her wages to help her locate him. Jacob and Amanda who are not as forthcoming with each other embark on the journey to track the kidnappers and rescue Roger. Their inability to tolerate one another soon ebbs away and passion ignites. Amanda who has abandonment issues and Jacob who has massive demons in his past must work through their individual issues so they can answer the beckoning of their hearts. Will they be able to make it work? Will they rescue Roger in time? You'll have to read the book to find out.

It's a wild journey with steamy passion filled chapters! I enjoyed it immensely and will read it again, and again, and again!
